It is at an elevation of 8,200 feet and is approx. 1 hour northwest of Fort Collins, Colorado and approx. 2 hrs. to Denver, Colorado. It is an outdoor enthusiast's paradise. With Roosevelt National Forest boundaries minutes from the home - hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding & golfing in the summers - turn to skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the winter months.
